for the price it includes all basic util. which is pretty good. Mostly quiet, units are decent size for the price. Privacy is not without a price though...if you don't want people to look at what you are doing as they walk past the cat walk you need to keep your blind shut which will darken your place. units are a bit too close together...which means NORMAL tv viewing volume might disturb neighbors, and if your nieghbor smokes you might end up sucking in those second-hand smoke too.
