Great Place to Live

This site is actually where I found Casa de Oro Apartments and sparked my interest. The reviews, although were only a few helped me find which apartments to spend my efforts and time looking. I went to take a tour and the manager was very freindly and I liked the fact that it was small community of only 30 apartments. It was always quiet and the neighbors-who many have been living there for years-were very friendly as well. The laundry room was for the most part always available and the parking wasn't bad because they gave you one carport and one free spot. And since you needed a sticker to park there the parking situation was not bad at all. The requirements for living there are pretty steep though---I think they only approved people with good/solid credit and maybe the reason why the apartment community itelf is pretty low-key. The only reason why we chose to move was b/c we purchased a condo, but otherwise would have stayed. This the best apartment experience we have had for the price you pay---it's a real steal. Another good thing is that all the utilities are included in the rent! Would recommend it to of our friends. AWESOME PLACE :)
