No hot water

This is a great apartment community except....we have not had hot water in the early morning twice in 1 month, and three times in the past 6 months. WTF'' The manager never gives an adequate explanation nor apologizes! She is too busy sweeping leaves.......

Oh yeah...it's not too hard to hear your upstairs neighbors knocking da' boots.
