When we first moved in a year ago, we had a huge problem with ants. The ants were mainly in the bedroom and bathroom. We had to battle them off of our bed!

Parking was also not an issue when we first moved in, there was one carport spot and there was always something available. Now, good luck with parking after 6pm. If you plan on coming home past 6pm, might as well park on the street.
