I noticed there hasn't been a new review of this place for a few years, so I wanted to chime in. We moved in under the "new" manager, and she's wonderful. Very pleasant, and handles problems quickly. They have also been working constantly on improvements, including painting, new air conditioners and new windows last year. The grounds are beautiful, featuring a courtyard with pool, waterfall, trees, and flowers. My major complaint about the place would be parking. Resident parking seems to be ample, but there are only 4 guest spots and 3 spaces for street parking. The only other place for your guests to park would be the nearby college, where they might get ticketed.
By the way, it's CASA GRANADA, not "Grande."

Casa Grenada Apts look exactly like the ones I live in at Casa Victoria at Harbor & Victoria St. However, I see that the overall rating is 50% for Casa Grenada. Casa del Ghetto Victoria is only 11%. I had to go on the Secretary of State website to find out the slumlord's...er..owners name and address cuz the office staff will not give out that info to anyone. Well now I am going to print out the owners info and put one on every door at Casa del ghetto so everyone can bombard his phone with complaints. My husband's cousin and his mom live at Casa Grenada. Maybe we should move over there???
