In all seriousness...

I agree that a handful of these posts are rather immature, but the posts with all 5's are completely bogus.
I haven't had a whole lot of trouble with the staff here. There have been a couple exceptions, but for the most part, they're not that horrible.
As for the parking however, the new rules are unacceptable. About a year ago, a letter was distributed from the management to all the units about someone throwing a massive party. The letter defined the rules regarding having company over. It stated that for each resident in a unit, a maximum of 3 guests were allowed over at one time. I think that for the purposes of preventing large disruptive parties, that's a sensible guideline to follow.
There are 3 people on our lease, which means that we should be allowed a maximum of 9 guests over, to make a total of 12 people in our apartment. What I don't understand is how that number dropped to zero guests.
Also, one of the towtruck drivers informed me last night that there were a few spots in the lot that were recently painted green for visitor parking. Was someone going to tell us about that, or does management not want us to know that we have any visitor spots at all' Are there any time frame rules related to these spots' If a friend or family member parks there, are they going to get towed for staying over a couple hours or just parking there at the wrong time of day' It would make sense for there to be some signs defining the limitations on the visitor spots, but at this point I've given up on the notion of any of our parking rules making any sense.
