Pros and Cons

I currently live at Harbor Greens and will be honest...there are both pros and cons to the community and it's up to you whether or not you'd like to live here. Personally, I am going to be moving b/c I am unhappy. What originally prompted me to move here is the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the rent. I like the fact that most of the residents are either students or young people within my age range...not as many screaming kids and babies. The bedrooms are good sized, the fireplace is a nice touch in the winter, the little patio is "cozy", there is LOTS of storage throughout, and the walls are too thin. What is not great is the fact that we now have rodents that share the apartment with us. Don't worry, the office solved our problem by sending an "exterminator" that stragtegically placed rat traps and bait around (which we could have done ourselves) and which in turn attracted swarms of ants that covered 3/4 of our kitchen and dining room (that problem we had to solve ourselves). And because of our little friends, a hole in one of our water pipes caused the dishwasher to flood the kitchen every time you ran it. It eventually got so bad that one side of the sink did the same thing if used. After about a month of complaints and waiting we did receive a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher that the next residents are sure to enjoy. The parking is not too great. The only thing I don't understand is why my assigned parking is on the opposite side of the complex from where I live'' After being here for a year and soon to be a year and a half...I've decided that I can find better for cheaper. So, I say this complex is good for a little while...until slowly one-by-one everything falls apart!
