Since being a resident of Harbor Greens for the past 4 years and have seen the previous management continue to run this place into the ground, it was a welcomed site to see new operators take the helm. Yes, I had my doubts but after being forced to live with party crowd due my large dog, it was nice to see management begin to take the complex back from the lawless tenants who ran this place the way they wanted. The previous staff would be the ones partying with them and causing most of the probelms by not enforcing the rules. After hearing the bitter tenants in the laundry room or fitness room complain to their buddy's how their now being hounded by management, I say it's about time!Hopefully they'll be kicked out and quit destroying some of the improvements that are beginning to take place. From the little information I gathered, and seeing all the pepole looking at the property with blue-prints, I can't wait to see what the place will look like in time to come.
