We lived in 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath for about 2 yrs there, coming frm The Aspens off Bear St. in Santa Ana. (which was heaven in comparison!)

This complex was TOTALLY run down, harboring tons of welfare, lots of crime, too many people just 'hanging around ALL DAY and ALL night long.' The laundry rooms were small, unkept & SCARY to be around at night alone; the fences were FALLING APART, but they were painted a lot. Water damage in the units, doors were cheap and obviously old and you could break them easily by a little slam. Walls were SO THIN that we could EASILY hear in their bedroom, which backed up against OURS.

You DID have a tiny backyard and could do SOME planting, but most used it for their dogs to poop in. I NEVER felt safe there, and in fact, our car was vandalized as well. DEFINITELY next to nil on parking most nights, the carports are too far from your apt, so why bother' Cars were vandalized ALL THE TIME THERE.

AND, we were there when the new mgr took over.. What A JOKE! She was twentysomething, had 3 kids, not married and MEAN like you wouldn't believe. I think SHE WAS A WELFARE recipient herself, or, man, she had the BEHAVIORS of one!!

This is a pathetic property that should be torn down and you would ONLY live there if you were under IMMEDIATE DIRESS or welfare, or both!!
