Crack ----- neighbor.
Bass guitar practice studio above, and drum practice studio across the hall.
dog poop smell outside.
non-residents using laundry facility.
plain looking grounds.
non-residents parking in my parking space, nothing gets done about it.
Car hood left by dumpster for about 2 months until it was finally removed.
unclean carpeting in the hall.
