I love paying nearly $1000 a month for a ghetto dump

This place utterly sucks. When you first look at the place the -------s in the leasing office make you think that this construction is happening so fast. Wrong...it will be years of walking through dirt and under scaffolding. Also, I came home one day to have 3 guys in my apartment while they were replacing the door but didn't notify me. Last night someone was parked in my spot (AS USUAL) and I had to park in the only spot I could find on the street and I GOT A TICKET. Not only that but my apartment is so hot and I was told that an air conditioner would be put in within a couple weeks of my moving in. WRONG. My neighbor is being evicted and the girl across from me has had her apartment broken into and her car broken into twice. The only reason I live here is because I have a large dog and am looking for something better. I don't even feel safe walking my dog or to my car at night. Make sure you have pepper spray. What a lovely place....run in the opposite direction!!!
