I have been living here since May of 2004. When I signed my lease in April I was told that the construction on my apartment would be finished at the time of move in...yeah right. It took them 3 months to take the scaffolds down from my patio, which were not in use for 2 1/2 out of the 3 months they were there. They are so inconsiderate when they are "upgrading" the hallways, which are disgusting, workers will bang, hammer, drill, saw and whatever else they can find an excuse for pretending to work on at 8 am each day, yet nothing seems to have changed. There is dog ---- everywhere, not just in the grass, it's all over the place. The rent is outrageous, I am paying 900 a month for an apartment the size of a box. I am moving out of this dump when my lease is up...only a few more weeks, thank god! The staff is a bunch of incompetent morons who treat you like you like ---- when you call for a maintanence request which will by the way have to be made 4-5 times before it is actually done. The only time they are nice to you is when they are trying to get you to sign a lease and rip you off. They use the money they are stealing from you to plant flowers & plants for the dogs to ---- & piss on. There are about 10 kids that ride their bikes & yell in the driveway all afternoon & leave their bikes in your parking space. Which brings me to the next nightmare, parking is a -----. Guest spaces don't exist, you only get one space that is assigned to you & half the time someone else is in your space & during the day the construction people park their vans & trucks in your space. If you have more than one car you have to walk about a 1/2 a mile to the street to park your car & risk getting a ticket. The only nice thing I can say about this place is that I have nice new carpet & a new stove, other than that I can't seem to bring myself to say anything nice. Save your money & sanity & go somewhere else...Whatever you do....DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS ---- HOLE!!!
