Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have lived here for about two years, mine and my roomates cars have been towed FOUR TIMES @ $200.00 each, my lease will be up soon i will be moving out. for $1600.00 YOU and I can find something better then harbor TRASH apartments.
