Lazy staff that don't know what they're doing. I got an eviction notice because I was told the wrong amount to pay for the rent and they thought I didn't pay when in fact I did.
Also even though they advertise month to month, you are only allowed this after you finish your lease and even then, they charge you an extra additional $200/month.
