Please do NOT move to this waste land! I have lived here WAY too long (being of it's convenience to work/school) and have witnessed it go from bad to worse. The office staff changes on a weekly basis. Never expect the office to be open during the hours they post...it is always closed for one reason or another. Some of the people I have delt with in the office are nice, but that doesn't outweigh the fact that they are incompetent. Over the years, the entire complex has become more and more trashy. There have been crimes up the ying-yang and just about every night (especially on weekends) you can hear the Police helicopter overhead. One night they were chasing some criminal through the complex and had to announce to everyone to stay indoors! I'm afraid to walk anywhere at any time of the day by myself! Just recently there have been derogatory statements tagged in spray paint around the complex and at the bank across the street. As for the quality of the apartment, it's terrible. I live in a two-bed townhouse and although it is spacious in size, everything needs major updating! It took them several months of inconveniences to "renovate" the apartments by painting the exteriors, adding foilage and a crappy A/C. Then they want to charge a ridiculous amount of rent to top it off. The INTERIORS need more than just some more glossy white paint to make them look better. Anyhow, I am just counting down the days until my lease is up and then I'm out of here! I'm thinking about reporting United Dominion to the BBB.
