Quality Low, Rents HIgh &Management SUCKS!!

The people that have taken over Mgt. allows TRIBES of people that are NOT on any lease to live in these places, jacking up the utility costs of those who live here LEGALLY ON LEASES!!!
Run.Don't walk away from this place. The prices keep going up and up...and the quality of life is going down, down, down.
If you would like to move in with ONE person on your lease and then sneak in several more people NOT on the lease,this is the place for you.AND..If you have a dog or two just lie to the office about it.They couldn't care less,as long as you pay their Hollywood Rent. Just be careful.If everyone here starts doing this, NONE of us will be able to afford the utilties (on top of the outrageous rents).
Glad to be on our way out after 4 yrs.....
MOving to a place so I will pay for my own utilities..instead of paying for all those that live here illegally.
Parking sucks, too!
