Not so terrible, but then again, not the best

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Rental prices are above the rate that seems to be the median price, but they do allow tennants to have larger dogs and keep the groounds tolerably clean. Parking for any guests one may have is non-existant even though there are many "guest" spots scattered throughout the complex due to the fact that tennants feel free to use them as their own "extra" parking spaces.
