i've lived here since january of '06. my roomate and i were in a hurry to find a new place, and were tricked into moving here. they definately did a good job of pursuading us. first months rent free, totally safe etc blah blah blah. it didnt take us long to realize we were scammed. the heater doesnt work. the a/c only cools off a section of the living room. the oven never works. the ceilig is always creaking like its about to fall down or its infested with bugs. when we first moved in i woke up with termites in my hair. we called maintanance for an exterminator, that never happend. maintanance takes days to fix anything, and when they do they come into your house while you're not there. three days ago my neighbors place was broken into in broad daylight. i had a visitor park in my spot and her car was towed overnight and the office did nothing about it. they never answer the phone when you need them to, even in an emergency. the crime is outrageous and i've only seen a security guard twice and i've lived here for almost 7 months now. the lock on the patio sliding door doesnt even work, and when we bought a lock for it we realized the door was put on completely backwards. the drawers in the kitchen get jammed everytime you try to open them. parking is a ------, we only have one parking spot so one of us always has to park on the street, in which you will get a ticket if you're parked on the wrong side on the wrong day. i havnt yet been personally harrased but everyday i feel less and less safe.
i wouldnt recommend living here...to anybody. in fact im mad at myself for putting up with it so long.
