I loved my apartment. It was secluded, had a large backyard and with few exceptions (like any apartment building)I had fairly quiet neighbors. I didn't have much reason to communicate with the staff but they were helpful and responsive when I did. We did have rats (never inside) but as soon as the manager was made aware of it, there were bait stations everywhere. It took care of the problem in my area. My biggest complaint was the skateboarders. I lost count of how many times I had near misses by kids flying down the walkways on skateboards and bikes. They seem to think they have the right of way. I had no idea where they lived so I never told management about it. I bought a home or I would have stayed. The rent was a little pricey but overall, not a bad place to call home.
