This place was horrible. Rats, huge spiders, and theft! Had lock-up bikes stolen from private patio, had parts stolen off my car. Office staff was idiotic at best, we were treated horribly and were made to pay when we moved out, our $1,000.00 wasn't enough, apparently. Also, they seemed to rent to just anyone, multiple gang bangers, white supremacist, and ghetto people living there. Oh, and no parking ever, got about 5 parking tickets in less than a year.

HAHA I just wanted to let you know that I got charged a damn arm and a leg for leaving there too! Then AFTER we paid they sent us to collections!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!! They couldn't even tell us WHY they did that or for what ELSE they were charging for! Anyway, The staff is idiotic AT BEST you got it right on the nose! They don't care who they rent to and we lived there there was a registered sex offender who lived there and I was prego at the time so we moved the hell out the second the pregnancy test said positive :-) anyway good luck finding another place!

Who is the mgr there now? We were there way back. I liked being able to walk across the lot to OCC, but the complex was just welfare to me. When we were there, they took down and redid ALL the fences. Parking was ludicrous back then, circa 1994! I was always afraid someone would break into my car. I even had all mail go to the P.O. up the street.

I rarely complain about anything, but management was definitely horrible. When I was living there, my experience was not as awful as yours; perhaps you can take it to the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Affairs for the complex to be investigated.
