Everything bashing this place on this site is totaly true. I think the people that haven't had issues are on drugs. It seems like at least once a month they are firing leasing people and getting new ones- its a constant churn. They are rude. Think they know it all after working in the office two weeks. Everything in the units constantly breaks. When maintenance repairs it, which they always do, they use the cheapest crap possible and the same thing keeps breaking over and over again.

They'll lease to anyone and screw housing regulations. There are seven -------- and a dog in the two bedroom unit next to me. UGH. They are the can collectors too. I see them going through garbage and they have bags of cans in their place. I've noticed more bugs in my place since they moved in, which I think is to do with the cans they keep in theres.

One of the leasing consultants promised me a screen door. Because the units are so hot, with no air circulation. He called me twice to say maintenance would be there over the weekend to install. They never showed and the leasing guy didn't follow up. This has been going on since April. I didn't get this agreement in writting. The guy left the apartments. The woman in the leasing office acknowledges that there is a note in my file about the door and that the leasing guy told her all about it, but that since they don't have an "agreement in writting" it's pretty much not her problem now. They also have a note in my file that they aren't to accept packages for me after one of their consultants stole my wedding dress. BUT, guess what, they don't ever read your file, so, they still accept packages. They don't background their leasing agents... and you pay with checks. Better double check your bank accounts and credit reports. this is identity theft waiting to happen. They caught the leasing girl that stole my dressing "re-writting" tenants checks to cover her bills and fired her. I never got reinbursed for my dress. It's there fault they don't know who they are hiring. That girl had a criminal record.

Parking sucks.
People have cars getting broken into often.
The apartments are covered in mold.
There's dog crap everywhere.
The mail man sleeps all day in the parking lot and can't stick your mail in the right slot so good luck getting anything important via the mail there.
There are punk rock kids that hand out in the common area 24/7. They are creepy and loud and smoke up a storm and think it's cool to lean and sit all over your car.

Big Dogs. You find another place you can have two 60 pound animals and they have a tiny patio. I can still think the place is a P.O.S Dump. I'll be buying soon and saying good bye to renters life. I'm trying to help other people not get sucked in to living here. Don't you have anything better to do than respond to responses... Or are you maybe an office employee trying to discredit this site? Hmmmm
