I just got a renewal notice asking for almost $1800 for my place that is not refurbished, has paint falling off the walls, a fridge and stove from the 80s, and god awful management. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to voicemails, and don't even respond to LETTERS THAT YOU WATCH THEM READ! It's a shame. The apartment itself would be great, and I'd even pay this price for it if I could get windows that closed, a decent plumbing system, and a response to the THREE BLACK WIDOWS in my backyard. I've requested multiple times that something be done, and they refuse. I'm looking forward to my April exit, but can't wait to see what they try to pin on me...sounds like they rape you on the way out even more than when you live there.
PS....I hear my neighbors have sex pretty much every night. I love it. =)
