Large apt, mostly pleasant interactions, thin walls

I've been in my apartment for nearly 6 months. I might have to move soon because I'm losing my roommate, but I would much rather stay.
The stove and heater leaked gas when we moved in. We had the gas company out and with the fix-it ticket he gave us our stove was replaced. The heater took a lot of haggling with the office, but that is typical of any rental community. The leak was fixed immediately, the heater was fixed after a while.
I live in a town home and it is roomy and well suited for my roommate and I. My only major complaint is the thin walls. I can hear everything my neighbor says and does. However there is nothing that can be done about that at this juncture except invest in earplugs and talk to your neighbors.
I haven't had any problem with parking. I stay in my space. Very rarely will someone else park there. I haven't had anyone towed yet and my car has not been towed.
The staff is responsive compared to other places I have lived. They may not be completely on their toes but they are polite. I have gotten all my packages and mail and have been left alone for the most part.
I feel it is a nice place to live and I would/will stay if at all possible. I do not know about rent hikes yet, I'm waiting to see on that.
