I have lived here for just over 3 years and I can say it has been getting alot better. When I first moved in I saw the office staff change ALOT. Everytime I went in there i saw a new face which made it kinda confusing. I was a little skeptical to move here because it didn't look all that nice but I have a big dog and this was one of the only places that would take her. I have noticed over the last year though the complex has started to look nicer and I don't worry about taking my dog for a walk late at night. The new manager seems to have her stuff together compared to the previous manager who was a total nightmare. All of my maintenence problems have been handled quickly and when I go into the office I'm always greeted with a smile. I really do enjoy living here and can't say anything bad about it (other than the occasional party, but I was once young.) Parking is good if you only have 2 cars, my friends usually park across the street after hours.
Another cool thing is when I referred my friends to move in I got $200.00 off my rent, although I did have to remind them.
All and all I have been very happy and have seen alot of improvements since I moved in, and believe it or not I don't work here.
