Do not ever move in to this complex. They treat you great until you move in, then you are treated like just another criminal tenant. The office staff is incompetent, and constantly changing, you will probably not see a person you recognize on each trip you take to the office which will be frequent because they are constantly losing things and screwing up.
They have lost my rent check on several occasions, and sent me eviction notices only for me to show them that the checks had already cleared my bank account. Now that I have moved out they claim to have lost my 30 day notice, and are trying to charge me $2200 for their mistake. I called them for a week straight and never got any return phone calls. When I finally did catch the manager I informed her that my apartment had already been rented (you would think she would know this), and I could only be held responsible for the pro-rated amount. I moved 2000 miles away and knew more than they did. They thought because I moved away I wouldn't fight them on this, but they were wrong. I agree 100% with everything here. When you move out you need to make sure that you have documented EVERYTHING. They will try to nickle and dime you with everything.

I agree! After reading your posting I had to post something as well.. The office staff is just crazy. They have NO clue what they are doing.. Its really sad.. Especially since they dont want to work with you. I cant understand why management feel its better to be rude and disrespectful to there tenants instead of helpful and all work together.
