My Grandmother lived here for a few years! Let me just say the neighbors she had are AWESOME! They really looked out for my senior citizen grandmother. I am the power attorney over my grandmothers stuff back in October 2007 we noticed the rent check had not cashed. She called the office and HE(Accountant) said oh you over paid you have a credit. Which we paid the whole summer off and there was problems in the complex so we figure it probably was true. But instead just taking his word wasnt good enough we wanted the information in writing which he provide via us mail the same day. 2 months later we get a notice on the door saying oops we made a mistake. I need $$4500 in cashier check within 3 days.. At this point its Christmas Holiday in Orange California who has that kind of cash. He didnt want to work wit us. Make a long story short we had all our documents ended up going to court and paying $10,000. My poor Grandmother.. And now she even got evicted.. I wouldnt move there if someone paid me. By the way the corporate office didnt even care of the situation.. And the manager is still working there!
