We lived in a 3 bedroom place with 2 parking spaces. We all traded off getting ticketed and towed for the entirety of the lease term. The mgt employs a towing company to make a regular route through the grounds to tow and I'm sure have an agreement to receive $$$ when doing so. Try parking on the street' Two different street sweeping days in addition to random vandilization and theft from costa mesa's finest passers bye. Attempt parking in one of the parking lots and get towed as well. Ticketed if lucky. We ended up parking accross the street, and skateboarding home, try and avoid the rocks that supposedly got swept up by the street sweepers who come twice a week with the parking ticket people following to give you tickets.

Try the pool and spa facilities' Woke up many a morning with puke on the edge of the spa and pool from the junior college kids puking from under age drinking with malt liquor bottles scattered about the pool area. Came home a couple times with the same kids having sex in the spa. The spa actually has a bit of a green tinge (color) from the extra curicular activities.

We went through three different neighbors all whom were evicted for various reasons. Noise was always a problem. Their water heater was in our backyard and the pilot light continued to go out about once a week so we had random dudes jumping our fence and igniting things all hours of the day. It's always fun when your having your morning cup of joe and some random hopes over your fence scavaging through your yard.

I could continue to go on and one but I've wasted enough time of my work day on this but go accross the street to Camden apartments, New and sweet jacuzzi's and parking.

Weird that you'd say that the Camden jacuzzi is 'sweet,' since that's where we at Harbor Greens go to have sex because there's always kids in OUR spa.
