Ok so if you are the kind of person who likes poop and potato skins to back up into not only your bathtub but also over flow your kitchen sink as well as living room carpet then i sugesst you move right in!
Seriously, this apartment complex is terrible. I had my bathtub and my kitchen overflow. I told them to wait until I was home to clean the carpets.. but did the listen'' NOPE!!!!
When I left my apartment I made sure that I closed my bedroom door... When I came home and opened it there was a nasty stray cat sitting on my bed!! It ruined my bed set which was pretty pricy and the office wouldnt cover the damage! When I asked them to compencate me they said that maybe i should get renters insurace.. I wouldnt have gotten so mad if they were telling me that because water leaked onto my couch or something... But this was there fault. They let an animal into my apartment (and also went into my apartment without permission by the way) that ruined my clothes, my bed, and my friggen pillows!! So now I have to go by all new things this weekend and they arent even going to pay for any of it even though it was there freaking fault.

I understand your frustration....and dont think you need to seek medical attention like stated in the comment (a comment that might have been left by one of the workers there trying to save their face). Legally, they cannot enter your place unless you give them the okay, or else they have to give you at least 24 hour notice if they need to enter. Look into that, and then let them know. When we lived there a year ago, they tried playing all these games and once I did my own research, and made sure they were aware I knew what I was talking about, they didnt try to play games with me.
I would NEVER recommend ANYONE living there. HORRIBLE place!

Well, to be fair, if there's an issue that affects the livability of the apartment (like, for instance, having feces and raw sewage sitting on the carpet and flooring) then the management has full authority to enter the apartment IMMEDIATELY and mitigate the problem. It's a health and liability issue. JUST TO BE CLEAR: FECES IS A HEALTH ISSUE AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY CAN ENTER >>>WITHOUT<<< 24 HOUR NOTICE IN CALIFORNIA TO FIX THE PROBLEM. The person who responded after my response has no clue as to what they're talking about.
And, on a personal note: I've been living here for awhile, and I lived here 10 years ago. I eat quite a bit of food that can be described as both artery clogging and toilet plugging but I have never - NEVER - been able to block the sewer pipe at either of my apartments. I suggest that you seek professional medical help if you're plugging up the toilets at this apartment complex. It could be serious!

My simple question is... if you hate it so much...what are you still doing there??? Did you read your lease to see if the management covered any losses or is it your FULL responsibility??? Think before you speak up!

alright mr anonymous who is probably someone from the office. Yes I did read my lease. The reason I am still here is because I can't affored to move right now and because this place is right next to the College I go to. So why don't you just keep your stupid mouth shut
