Have lived here for a year and am getting out as soon as the lease is up. The neighbors here are unbearable. They go as far as to taunt you and yell "we can be as loud as we want until 10pm!!!" throughout the day. The management says they'll evict the problem neighbors, but they lie. They just tell you what they think you want to hear. Just as long as people are paying rent, that's all they care about. If you value your sanity, don't live here. I've lived in MANY apartment complexes, and I understand that they come with neighbors, and that's just part of apartment living. But this is beyond reasonable. It's flat out un-livable.

WOW!!! That's why the management never responds to our service requests, or does ANYTHING for us!!! They're spending all day on this website defending themselves! To all prospective tenants of Harbor at Mesa Verde: DON'T DO IT!!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! Go check into homeless shelters in the area, you will get better service from the management, and it would be better to live next to bums that stink of their own urine and feces than to live here!!!

I've lived here for a few years and sometimes you get a bad neighbor, but I have to say the office is usually pretty quick to deal with it. You can't guarantee who you're neighbor is in a house or other complex either. Everything else here is pretty good. I'd check it out.
