my friend is moving out of this place..they find any excuse to enter your apartment...the reason'...to find a phony excuse to evict you in order to rehab the apartment and charge more rent..the last reason was to do a walk through to check for smoke detectors...huh'....the last straw was the hulking maintence worker awaiting my friend when he got home from work...the apartments on the side of him had a leak and it backed up into his apartment causing an overflow in his bathtub and toilet...yuk...
The parking situation prevents you from having any company over..rent raises are at least $100 a pop...run away from this place...

I doubt this is true, considering in my time here the maint men have been nothing but wonderful, fixing things the very day I phone them in, the rent is reasonable for what you get, and you were told about the YEARLY walk through DAYS in advance. Sounds like SOMEONE had a dog even though from day one you are told this is not allowed.
