Comfortable place to live in! Great Maintenance Staffs

We have been here for almost an year. So far, very good. We would like to renew our lease one more time.
Pros:
- Decent neighbors. Mostly family, couples who have jobs. (I DON'T see students with roomshare situation who tend to have party every night...)
- Great & Friendly Maintenance Staffs and Front Staffs
- Cozy log house/ cabin atmosphere. It is soothing to hear the rain drops and wake up in the morning.
- Nice floor plan with fireplace
- Close to shopping center, freeway (405, 73, 55) and newport beach restaurant.
(Rite aid, TJ Max, Home Depot, Washington Mutual, Wachovia, Albertson, nail salon, and many casual restaurants are in walking distance.)
Cons:
- Limited 2nd car parking. Especially on Friday night, it is so hard to find a single spot! Not to mention about our guests... (They need to park out side of the property)
- Thin wall /floor.

With the subject reading "Great Maintenance Staffs" and kudos towards the management within the body itself, this entire review reeks of being written by the management patting themselves on the back. The entire "review" seems to have been tailored to try to country numerous complaints from other current and former residents of Mediterranean Village.
