My wife and I have lived here for about 2 years so far. We have been nothing but pleased with our time here. The walls are a bit thin as far as noise-- but the apartment is spacious with plenty of storage. Any maintenance needed was taken care of with either hours or no more than a day. Rental prices are not unreasonable for what you get.
