Bad Management Makes for Lousey Living From: FormerCaliforniaRenter Date posted: 6/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996   I was there for 7 years, Management decides they need to look in peoples locked garages... I have to take time off work to be "INSPECTED". I have nothing wrong BUT I was evecticed because I did not like the idea of having to miss a half days pay to show up for this fiasco. Western Management is unfit to lease or rent from. Sage advice Make damned sure any place you rent is not managed by them. What did I have in my garage you ask... My old refridgerator waiting to be piced up by Souther California Edison... They were paying $75 to pick up old energy eaters. It was the only thing I had in there. Oh, the rest of it, This neighbor hood was ok when we moved in and was filling with illegal immigrants when we were booted for the afore mentioned transgression. Since 1996 the area has turned into Mexico north... The illegal population has displaced the most of the legal citizens. The Monrovia is no longer fit to live in if your legallyy in the country. Crime is on the rise, after we left there a former neighbor was raped in the laundry room. (I wonder if she got booted for having sex outside her apartment.)
