An aging complex with little to no redeeming qualities.

Im sure in the late 80s or early 90s this place was pretty and a decent place to live. Unfortunately years of wear are showing. The management seems to spend way too much on gardening/landscaping and not enough on useful things.
For example:
The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are literally from 1987 (I checked), the dryers do not dry your clothes. Youll get hot damp clothes unless youre willing to run a light load for two 45 minute dry cycles. The exterior paint is at least 5 years old.
There is a definite mouse problem in the flower patches near the outer perimeter of the grounds.
Every parking spot in the complex is actually smaller then Compact.
The pointless gates only allow those who have a remote opener to exit the complex. This means taxi cabs, friends, and others will need an escort to the gate. There is no sensor on the inside.
There is no standardized system for letting people inside the gates from your apartment. Pizza delivery men regularly wait outside the gate for someone to let them in. There is an buzz board at the front office, but the numbers only work if you have a land-line. They do not interface with cell phones.
I have had my car broken into twice since Ive lived here.
I often smell weed late when walking around late at night, confirming my suspicions that this place has plenty of junkies.
The list goes on dont live here. Just dont.
