In fact if you already do move in here, please move out! We are...as soon as our lease is up. I've lived here almost 3 years- it was fine the first 2 years while I was in college. This last year as been a NIGHTMARE! The termites are disgusting and the leasing office couldn't care less. Luckily we have cats in our apartment that scare the rats away, but I still see them scurrying the grounds. It is impossible to get anything fixed in the apartment. Even if they do actually fix something they take it out of your deposit. The lady in the office is mean and cranky feeding into the misery of this place. The grounds are nice with pretty flowers, and the apartments look clean when you visit. But once you LIVE here you'll hate it. The freeway and sirens are annoying. There is no parking and they will tow your car often. There is SO much more to hate about this place. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
