Park Center Place Apartments

Poor architecture From: myrentalapt Date posted: 7/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Overall living here was ok but few issues ...the design of the apt is really bad... the walls attached to the neighbour apt is so thin that you can hear the voice when the neighbour is sneezing in night...(now you can think what all I was able to hear in the night) the bedroom windows are attached to each other.. you cannot talk if the glass of the window is open... the stairs and the way from parking to apt is so typical.. mainly when you are living on the road side near walls. Everyone who delivered some heavy item to my home commented on the typical structure of the building... there are keys for everything .. to go in the laundry.. to go to the parking lot.. to go into the pool... but all the locks are ---- and never open in one try... the staff is overall ok.. but they pretend to be very worried about their residents... but I never had any big issues here except getting disturbed by neighbours in night... you are lucky if you get very quiet neighbours...
