Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I find this place to be overpriced w/a lack of amenities. I have seen the police writing up reports for cars being broken into and/or damaged. The rent increases need to stop if they want to keep the apt. units filled w/long time residents who are quiet and dependable. Also, there are problems w/ants and termites, despite so-called pest control svcs and the noise level could drop a notch or two.
