I have lived here a little over 6 months and love it!!! The floorplan is great. I looked at so many other communities and Pinebrook was off the charts....an apartment that feels like home! Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond to each and every request I have ever made. The manager has always been helpful and professional and definately knows her stuff! Overall, I love it and it is the next best thing to having a house. A cozy community, with relaxing and tranquil landscaping and from what I have experienced down-to-earth and friendly neighbors! Also, parking is GREAT- this alone is enough reason to give Pinebrook at chance when choosing your new place to call home...
