First off the good reviews are obviously made by the staff of the complex, nobody talks that way about were they live. The truth is that the rent is steep but it's the OC what do you expect. I have a one bedroom and the vaulted ceilings make it seem huge. The grounds are pretty and well kept. I've never called maintanence so I don't know about that. The noise is off the charts some times and nobody complains or does anything. Then again nobody complains when I watch my T.V. too loud at late hours, so it's sort of a trade off for me. They subscribe to the NWP utility which is a total scam, I had them at the previous place I lived. The National Water and Power company charges a group rate and then divides that evenly amoungst the tenants, so you get charged for everyone elses excessive utility use! Sounds a lot like communisim, I'd rather pay for what I use which is hardly anything. This place has some bad points mainly the cost, but all in all it's one of the nicest places I've lived and I plan on staying a while.
