I have lived in the complex for 4 years. Below is my acessment of the complex.

Positives
I love the layout, location, amenities, etc. The staff has always been friendly and professional; addressing all of my repair and maintenance needs. They even changed the time of water sprinklers so my patio stays dry for evening guests. The management company is pretty strict about finances for renters, so there isn't really a riffraff problem. There is a security patrol and onsite guard 3 evenings a week.

The Negatives
The rent goes up yearly by $100 to $125 each time. Utilities are now included on top of rent. Parking can be bad for entertaining on Friday & Saturday evenings. I am on a lower unit and I can hear the tenants above me walking around, and when appliances are running...I have never heard my next-door neighbors though. I have heard that there can be some undesirable elements hanging out in the backside of the complex.

All in all, I have had a really great experience with this complex. I love the layout, and water fall out of my patio. I will miss the place, but with rent so much, it was about the same price to buy a place.

Just for my reference, can anyone comment on the "undesirable elements" hanging out in the backside of the complex? My fiance and I are looking to rent here and we put a hold on a unit near the back of the facility - so any information would be helpful. We can hold a unit more central in the community, but it is more expensive and the move-in day is a little too far off. Honest (non-exaggerated) answers would be appreciated. Thanks!
