I have a hard time with these apartment rating sites...you see, I live on a bottom floor and I don't really hear the people upstairs...upon occasion I hear them. I do hear the water running when other people are taking a shower, but with some of the reviews here you would think the person was taking a shower in your room...It isn't that loud realy. Besides that it is an apartment complex what do people expect' The manager is very sweet, she always goo goo ga gas over my baby son :-). I actually don't find parking to be troublesome at all but possibly its because my husband and I only drive two cars'' Also there were squirrels that were getting into our apt because the chimmy thing had fallen off and it was when I was pregnant so of course being all horomonal I freaked out and they had our carpets cleaned! I thought that was very considerate and nice. The maitenance is VERY nice they always say hi and are just always pleasant. I like our apt for the most part. I don't like how old the kitchen is I wish they would upgrade! I love the water throughout the property I have a waterfall right outside our bedroom window and the sound is so soothing! I do have a complaint and this is a pretty big one for me...the spiders and ants...phew they are bad and I have serious serious problems with spider oh it gives me the heebie geebies just talking about them. But they seem to like our walkway to make their homes yucky (getting the chills) it is so bad that at night I have a stick I walk waving around in front of me...The ants suck but they give the thingys that are like food and the ants bring it to the nest and it kills them and then they go away for about a day or two...I think it just comes with having all the trees and whatever. I like it...They are VERY pricy...we are looking now for cheaper apartments so we can save money to buy...
