Honestly, I like it...it's in a great location, it's big, everybody that comes over likes the place too. The staff seem really nice and personable. The maintenance guys are really cool too, and get the problems fixed pretty quickly. It's got a washer/dryer in the unit, AND ac/heater which are central and very nice. Just tried out the pool for the first time yesterday (Been here half a year or so) and it was quite nice as well. Oh, it's pretty quiet too honestly. I live on the bottom floor, I hear my neighbors upstairs SOMETIMES...but honestly, this is the quietest unit for me i've lived in. Due to the trees/water there are alot of spiders outside during the hotter seasons, but I have not had any bug problems inside.

My only complaints are:

#1. The bathrooms have no windows, so mold builds up on the ceiling in the bathroom when it gets humid...so you have to scrub it a few times a week.

$2. Parking. If you have more than one car, make sure your 2nd car is here before 5 or 6pm, they DON'T enforce parking...and residents SOMETIMES have to park across the street in the grocery store parking lot. I've complained, and they said they can't do anything about it, for some reason.

#3. My girlfriend cooks alot and wants a bigger kitchen.

Would I recomend it' Yeah I would, but I may move at the end of my lease into a condo or another unit that allows dogs. Other than the things above, I honestly think this is one of the nicer places in the area..and if they allowed dogs i'd probably stay here much longer than I plan on.
