I have lived here for about 2 years and I am looking to move soon because I do NOT feel safe here! I have had my car radio stolen from my locked car...in a covered car port. I also know of at LEAST 5 others who have had thier cars broken into over the last year alone. I see the police here at least once a month.
The parking is TERRIBLE. The spaces are so close together....my car has several door dings because of this. If you arive later than five plan on circling the residential streets for parking.
Also if you live downstairs you will here your neighbors and the upstairs neighbors.
The one thing I do have to say is that the maintenence people are super quick to work on problems.
