I've lived here for almost 2 years and my biggest complaint is the noise in the allies (carports), in my unit the master bedroom window faces towards the ally (carports) and it can get extremly noisy. If you plan on living in one of these units don't plan to sleep with your window open or you will not get any sleep!

The parking is another "bad" point, if you don't plan on parking in your assigned carport and you get home after 6p.m. - parking can be hard to find and the spots are very close together.

The grounds are kept up wonderfuly, the staff is great and the maint. people are quick to respond.
