Pinecreek Apartments

Almost perfect From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have only lived here for a few months but so far, I have been quite happy. The front office staff is helpful, competant and professional. The maintenance guys are so prompt (one hour after I called, they were there to fix the problem!) and very friendly. The apartments are spacious and the neighbors friendly. The major downside is the parking. I have a roommate who uses the carport, but if I come home after 6pm, I cannot find any parking. I usually have to park across the street or on Vanguard. I was told upon move in that there were plenty of open spots for tenants with more than one car. This is not true. The visitor parking is always full (probably from disgruntled tenants) which makes it difficult to have guests. Overall, I would definately recommend this complex, but only if you don't mind hiking to your apt. at night. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
