They were absolutely no help when it came time for me to get my deposit back from a roommate from hell. They didn't even insist that her new roommate signed the lease!! Besides all that, it took security about 2 hours to help me back into my house one evening because my roommate had my keys. I was sitting on my porch until 2 in the morning and had to call them three times. They still weren't sure if anyone was going to be able to help me. What the heck is an emergency number for if they can't help you in emergencies' Not at all the best place I have lived. I don't recommend it.

Pinecreek understands that roommate battles happen but they refuse to get in the middle. Legally all roommates are entitled to the deposit unless they sign off. Lockouts are not emergencies and response time varies and payment is required after hours. Sounds like this person is more angry at a roommate gone bad than at Pinecreek.
