Very unaccomodating office staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   They were absolutely no help when it came time for me to get my deposit back from a roommate from hell. They didn't even insist that her new roommate signed the lease!! Besides all that, it took security about 2 hours to help me back into my house one evening because my roommate had my keys. I was sitting on my porch until 2 in the morning and had to call them three times. They still weren't sure if anyone was going to be able to help me. What the heck is an emergency number for if they can't help you in emergencies' Not at all the best place I have lived. I don't recommend it.
