If you don't mind covered parking and you have only one car and you don't mind shared washing facilities this is the best place I've found to live.
But make sure you get an upstairs unit because the floors are thin and it's hell to live beneath someone who has no regard for the neighbors.
Most of the tenants are very nice people and the weather is always great. The grounds are well cared and it has all the standard gym and pool facilities.
Some areas are overrun with too many cats who like to poop in the vegetation but if you are upstairs or you are near the running streams that won't be a problem.
If you have more than one car, make sure you park it in the shared spaces before it gets dark or you will wind up parking very far away or in the street.
If you have any problems with tenants report to the main office. Patrol One does not communicate problems to the main office.
