#1. Office staff let my mother's dog out of my apt. even though we had him crated while she visited me for the day.
#2. They complained and charged us for noise and trash that our neighbors left outside our apt (cigarette butts)
#3. They towed my car even though it had the parking plaque (supposedly by accident)
#4. The tried to overcharge us when time came to move out.
*When you visit this place, the ladies from the office act very nice because they want you to move in, but as soon as ur in...if they decide they don't like you, forget it! They will make your life a living hell and they act like they OWN the place. I would NEVER EVER go back here despite the beauty of the landscaping. NEVER!!!!

Pinecreek has never allowed dogs on property. Please disregard this post as this person may have stayed at another complex in Costa Mesa as there are several with similar names.
