This place is beautiful thanks to the grounds keepers. But this place needs alot of "hidden" help. the insides are old and the outside are full of termite damage. If you want somthing fixed the office staff first tells you to try on your own then sends out the mnts guy! Poor guy! the office will try their hardest not to help. They were very nice when I looked at this place but once here...... look out the real side comes out. Don't rent here you get charged for everything possible they even used outdoor paint indoor'!'! WTF
