I've been searching for an apartment for about two weeks now, and the office staff at Pinecreek has to be the worse service I have ever received. When I expressed interest in seeing an apartment, she immediately interrogated me. It seemed that it was more important for her to see if I could even afford to live there, before she would waste her time in showing me the apartment. I was dressed in casual jeans, t-shirt, baseball cap. I filled out a customary pontential resident card, which asked for quite detailed information. Something I pointed out to her, she replied by asking, "Well do you really want to see the apartment or not' Are you serious about this'" To top it off, she didn't even walk with me to the apartment, there was a cleaning later in the available apartment, and she let me in. This was the worst customer service ever. She even forgot to give me back my id, and called me the next day, and offered to mail it. By then, that was the very least she could do. I decided not to rent here, although I did like the community. I could only imagine how much worse it would be if I were a resident.

We had a similar experience, see my review posted on 10/22/06. I guess they don't work on commission.
